There are NO Democratic Flags, NOR are there Republican Flags. There are only Flags of the United States of America . And under the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, burning a Flag of the United States of America is Protected Free Speech.

Similarly, under the Constitution of the United States of the United States of America, the Judiciary Branch is a Separate AND Co-Equal Branch that is NOT subservient to the Executive Branch. 47 has no power end a ruling by signing an Executive Order.
