Another young woman falls victim to GOP abortion laws. RIP

Since when is the US Supreme Court not part of big government?

Wow, that's a retarded argument.

When we talk "big government" we talk intrusive federal laws, extra-constitutional executive actions.

Not the court fixing something that was fucked up in the first place.

Roe had to go, just as Plessey had to go.

You didn't ask a question.

You jumped in with personal attacks from the get go.

You're weak and deserve no attention or consideration.

Indeed, you define "big government" as that federal authority that upsets MAGA cult devotees, it's hypocrisy as usual.

I define big government as most of the right does.

The biggest problem is an unelected and unaccountable bureaucracy, something Musk and Trump hopefully clean up.

Republicans have contempt for sound, responsible governance.
No, that would be you demofascists. YOURS is the party of open borders, censorship, gun control, vax mandates etc.

Fascism has never worked chones. Even after you assholes murdered millions it still didn't work.

Why do you think it will now? How many millions have to die in this attempt to appease your bloodlust?

Let's discuss the reasons that these MAGA dingbats object to abortion, they never really talk about that. So here's your opportunity, why do you care whether a woman chooses to abort or not?

That will be settled in court.
Texas' extreme abortion laws killed that woman.
That's nonsense. Texas law allows that in the case of a medical emergency doctors can take any steps necessary, including an abortion, to save the patient, so the responsibility for the woman's death lies with her doctors and not with the law.

Really?

But Texas’ new abortion ban had just gone into effect. It required physicians to confirm the absence of a fetal heartbeat before intervening unless there was a “medical emergency,” which the law did not define. It required doctors to make written notes on the patient’s condition and the reason abortion was necessary.

A woman is dead and somebody has to be blamed and held accountable. The plaintiff will try to hold the state of Texas accountable. That's the master plan.
