Another young woman falls victim to GOP abortion laws. RIP

I don't take medical advice from guys who think they're wearing magic underwear.

Actually, the story makes sense. She started to miscarry, but the doctors wouldn't remove it until it was dead.
I didn't give you medical advice. This is all about the legal laws, not medical advice. And, once again you didn't answer why she was having a miscarriage which caused the doctors to take the path they chose. If this was a choice the mother made to end the pregnancy, the miscarriage would come under the law on which the doctors would choose. She was trying to kill the baby that was more than 8 weeks along. Now it makes sense why the doctors chose their path. That's the only way this makes sense why the doctors chose the path they did.

I also don't think my under garments have magic in them. I wear them as Adam and Eve were given garments signifying their covenants they made with God prior to leaving the Garden of Eden. They are a source of symbolic remembrance to keep the commandments and covenants I've made with God. That's it. Why do you think they are magic?

So without any evidence you claim this poor woman miscarried because she was trying to about her pregnancy

That’s despicable

You are trying to rationalize this woman's death by blaming her, you Mormon Twatnoodle.

Why do you think they are? I mean, Joseph Smith couldn't get into the Freemasons, so he ripped of their schtick for the Magic Undies.

If you agree with JoeB, then you have faulty logic. Why would the abortion laws be a reason for the doctors not to help with the miscarriage unless the mother did something to purposely cause the death of the baby? There would be no logical reason for the doctors to not help the woman if it was simply a miscarriage. The article never says why the miscarriage was happening. But, the response by the doctors tells you the mother told them she had done something to abort. That's what correct logic and reasoning looks like. But, you will continue to Yup, yup like a dog because of emotional illogic.

I'm a lifelong Christian. In the case of an ectopic pregnancy or such I'm going to do the job myself instead of idiots standing by watching my wife bleed out.

Unless nothing you moron

You have no evidence that she did anything

You do have doctors saying they waited for the fetal heartbeat to stop before they removed the nonviable fetus . At which time it was too late to save the mother

As far as your weird underwear… it’s no more magic than a priest’s vestments. Just weirdly worn as underwear

A few timely facts for refreshing review:
Josseli Barnica grieved the news as she lay in a Houston hospital bed on Sept. 3, 2021: The sibling she’d dreamt of giving her daughter would not survive this pregnancy.

The fetus was on the verge of coming out, its head pressed against her dilated cervix; she was 17 weeks pregnant and a miscarriage was “in progress,” doctors noted in hospital records.

You have no evidence that she didn’t attempt an abortion. I’ve asked several times because the doctors proceeded like it was a botched abortion gone wrong. Everything else means nothing until you show that the mother did not attempt an abortion. You people do this all the time. Lie about stuff and have no proof. I’m calling you on it. Show the proof because the doctors treated this as an abortion.

Sorry dickhead

Claiming she tried to abort is where evidence is required

They treated a medical emergency like an abortion and she died because of that

The evidence is the reaction by the hospital. Why did they treat this as an abortion? Because it was an abortion attempt is the only logical reason. Nothing else makes sense. I smell ambulance chasers.

I smell a lawsuit.

Are you implying she tried to abort the child herself?

Why? Because the nonviable fetus had a heartbeat

That's what is referred to as ambulance chasers. Lawyers looking to make money. They will have to show she wasn't trying to do an abortion before going to the hospital.
They'd know that by now. This is going to make alot more women forego having kids if stuff like this keeps happening. Then will you be happy?

They will not. Just the opposite
