A non viable fetus removal is an assisted miscarriage, not an abortion.

In cases where the fetus is already dead, that isn't an abortion, that's an assisted miscarriage.

If the fetus is viable and threatening the mother's life a C-Section is far less risky than the type of abortion used in the third trimester.

The law is clear enough.
