No i have not lost a member of my family to drug addiction, i looks to me from the posts i have read on this thread several posters have been addicted or lost family members to drugs and are looking for someone to blame, in this case the Venezuelans, how about taking responsibility for your own actions ?

IIRC but COngress could trigger the War Powers Act if they felt inclined.
edit: I was wrong. Congress cannot trigger the War Powers (that feels like a flaw). However they can pass a law ordering removal of forces, use the power of the purse etc.

What evidence do you have to support they were drug runners, other than our lying government’s claim? Small boats like those destroyed, couldn’t be carrying that much. Why not board the boats and confiscate the drugs, rather than murder everyone and offer no evidence.

Quiet arrests or death for runners? Why would you be inclined to get more deadly drugs into this country? Are your family members in danger?
