Actually, "life" by definition begins at conception, and even before that technically. Eggs and sperm are living cells and when they combine the resulting fertilized embryo is also alive.

A sperm cell is not a human life. Neither is an ovum.

But when combined? Bam. A human life.

Charged with the same criminal behavior under the same circumstances. He or she is not a citizen. But he or she still gets the guaranteed Constitutional right to a trial by a jury of his or her peers.

Yes it does because its part of the mother and has no personality. It shares the mothers body and mind. Its her life and her choice
