Another backroom nightmare passed in the house. I actually like the original premise here, the idea that you need to announce why you are when supporting a candidate but what the hell give the house the right to grant acceptations to special interest groups! This is what in killing this country and sinking us.

I don't see how this is going to pass muster when it gets to SCOTUS.
 
That is not the plan. The election is coming up and the SCOTUS is not likely to hear the case before then. If that is the original intention here, I believe that the backers of this bill should be imprisoned. Unfortunately it is not provable in a court and it seems that breaking the constitution intentionally is not really illegal for our illustrious elected officials.
 
It is about as transparent as the Berlin Wall.

The law can be challenged in court, and an order issued to prevent its implementation because it obviously discriminates in favor of some groups over others.
