Ummm. Not much chatter about the PP
The way negotiations are supposed to work is that one side proposes something, the other side proposes something they like better.
The proposition as written, if accepted by Z and not by P, would demonstrate what everyone already suspects.
Or, Z could simply say "freeze the lines where they are, no extra territory, and lets call it a draw".
In either case, Z should include a binder that say's US peace guarantees must be backed by US Congress (and EU assembly, if possible) before accepting fully.
But instead, it looks like I will have to check my Iodine supplies and re-coach my daughter about what to do in the event of a bright flash.
