And here you go..... The difference between a first strike and a second strike is really no difference at all.

And Obama had every right to use that Presidential power. Nobody on the right made any stink about it that I can remember.

Some did, but they were mostly the "never do anything outside our own borders" types.

Trump declared the Narco-syndicates terrorists and unlawful combatants.
He also declared Venezuelan air space closed. LOL. He also declared the pardons by Biden to be invalid. LOL. He also declared he was the same height and weight as Lamar Jackson.
If we can Hellfire a Islamist fucktard under those rules, we can hellfire these guys.

He's using laws passed by congress.
Congress is having hearings. So I’m afraid not.

You guys claimed Biden wasn't losing his marbles.....

LOL

I have no doubt that our complict courts will back the blob 100%. I’d be stunned if they even cleared their throat before they agreed with him 100%
Now I'm going to tell you that I don't particularly like the whole thing. I do think about stupid and innocent 19 and 20 year old kids from South American villages who probably have girlfriends and children back home.

I do wish that they had an alternative that wasn't lethal. I do think it's a shame that widows and orphans are being created. I am also aware that what comes in by speedboat is probably less than 1% of the total infiltration. Though you couldn't prove it by me because I just don't know enough about the subject.

I'm not opposed to people choosing to die through a vice of their own selection. I always thought government was stupid to interfere in that process. How many people die every year from alcohol abuse in a manner of their own choosing? Hundreds of thousands I think.

Except the attacks are taking place no where near American shores. So you have no leg to stand on with that bizarre statement.

Just when you thought MAGA had hit bottom...they start digging.

Paul is a libertarian an isolationist. Its legal moral and correct to kill drug dealers shipping drugs into America and the proceeds are used to fund Islamic terror.
Yep

Well, he was a member of ISIS if I recall....the author--organizationally-- of dozens of terrorists attacks

And that has what to do with Trump and the folks he’s murdering?

It's a critique on your calling out things while back in the day you thought Biden was still up to snuff.

So your credibility is worth less than a Zimbabwean Dollar.

Democrats already the party of criminals are now the party of drug dealers. Venezuela also uses planes to ship drugs to America killing our children.

Delivering lethal drugs to the United States shore comes with the full expectation of casualties does it not?

Now here is where I differ from most others. In my opinion people who die from drug overdoses are doing society a great favor. The small percentage of those who die accidentally or unknowingly are probably no greater than people who die accidentally or unknowingly from a number of other chemical poisoning problems. If it were up to me I'd make the stuff plentiful and free. The entire problem would go away inside of a year.

Are you really that stupid that you think drug cartels are going to use a speed boat to travel the 1300 miles to the U.S. from Venezuela?

Satellite indicates that the trajectory is indeed the United States Southern shore. Once they have passed all of the geography and demonstrate an identifiable trajectory there's no need to guess about where they're going. That's just vacuous and stupid. They're going to change course at the last moment and go somewhere else and probably run out of fuel? No I don't think so.

Additionally making the strike outside United States territorial Waters more or less eliminates the court system. They simply don't have jurisdiction there but the military does.

Remember now it's a man of color who made final call if one was made. Once they find out it's not Hegseth ... They will lose all interest.

Gee, I thought the intention was to stop drug flow into the US..... now it’s to kill people?

MAGA bloodlust knows no bounds.

Don't care either way. Fix American crime the same way. Hit them hard every time they arise. Kill them or jail them for decades. No one with common sense cares anymore. It's enough already. See the daily barrage of videos posted showing American thugs//

Quote the “mentioning” or legal force please.

I suppose for a guy like you it’s jut more fun if you get to murder people along the way...

The way to stop it is to not leave the dock loaded with 55gal drums of fentynal//

Orders to Kill Survivors at Sea

3 days ago — The U.S. Air Force Pamphlet on the Law of Armed Conflict states that "the law of armed conflicts clearly forbids the killing or wounding of an enemy who is hors de combat" and lists "deliberate refusal of quarter" and "deliberate attack on shipwrecked survivors" as acts involving individual criminal responsibility.

Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions provides additional clarity, stating that "a person who is recognized or who, in the circumstances, should be recognized to be hors de combat shall not be made the object of attack."

The Protocol further designates "making a person the object of attack in the knowledge that he is hors de combat" as a grave breach, placing it among the most serious violations of international humanitarian law. United States military doctrine fully incorporates these principles, with the U.S. Naval Handbook explicitly listing "denial of quarter" and "offenses against the survivors of ships and aircraft lost at sea, including killing, wounding, or mistreating the shipwrecked" as representative war crimes.

U.S. military doctrine explicitly recognizes the legal protection of survivors at sea and their binding nature on American forces. The U.S.

The U.S. Naval Handbook provides similar guidance, emphasizing that combatants "cease to be subject to attack when they have individually laid down their arms and indicate clearly their wish to surrender." The Commander's Handbook acknowledges that surrender must be communicated at a time when it can be received and properly acted upon, but explicitly states that once combatants are disabled by wounds or circumstances, they are protected from attack.

They dont they are transshipping them to closer countries. The ultimate destination is America. They also use planes. Your quibbling is pathetic.

That's another option. If they did that way back in the 60s 70s or 80s, problem solves itself by now.
