The essential first need and right of person is security, if any right violate this one I assume we missed the whole point of freedom.
People that violate the law are also losing their freedom of movement, and people that pose immediate life threat to others should be killed, nobody has to tell you that.

The same way I told docmauser1 - democracy is a default method that simply being implemented differently in each and every state with different ideologies and aspects.
Pure democracy is based on stepping over minorities for the majority.
If you want to talk about the Israeli democracy method thats one thing, but comparing incomparable is pointless.

You are aware of the limits of free speech I take it, as an example you cant shout "FIRE !" in a crowded theatre. Nor can you shout HIJACK or I HAVE A BOMB on an airplane full of passengers. The limits of free speech are you cant make a racist comment that could cause offence, you cant denigrate any religion that could cause offence, you cant threaten the life of another person without just cause, you cant demand others be killed for their politics/religion, you cant make an untrue statement of fact about another person. And finally you cant say anything that is liable to cause offence, alarm or fear. So if this so called political party is in breach of any of these simple rules then it is over stepping the bounds of decency and free speech. So by saying "you should die " they are not acting within the boundaries of free speech, they are inciting racial and religious intolerance and violence and should be censured and censored.
