...and Democratic?

Grief! I've made the mistake of passing comment with a school kid again!

Toastman - please would you change your nic to Toastboy or add your age to your profile, just to remind me that I am talking with a juvenile.

Thanks.

Weezle resorting to personal attacks instead of responding to what I said.

Maybe you can answer this. Why is it that whenever I dismantle your "logic", you resort to personal attacks? If you can't handle being wrong all the time, maybe you should go post in another forum. It just seems like everything I prove you wrong, you can;t come up with a proper rebuttal. I would love to hear your answer as to why that is ?

It gives me a headache trying to think down to your level Toasty.
And you really are easy to bait. Its a lot more productive than telling you how things are, and have to read through your gobshite appraisal.

If you gave any indication of thinking I would make more effort for you. But nah, you don't: you just deserve a time-out on the naughty step.

BTW, a juvenile is someone who laugh's at another person for scalding them over bringing up their deceased mother just like you did :)

Buy yourself a dictionary for Christmas Toasty.
You seem a bit fixated with your mother. Is there any reason for that?

You're the one who brought her up, not me Weezle.

So much jibberish and personal attacks, yet still you are not capable of addressing my post. Blah blah blah blah.

Promise me that you're never going to leave USMB, it's kind of amusing to dismantle your 'logig' and expose you for the fool that you really are :)

Haha.

You dismantle nothing. You just get all emotional about stuff and post nonsense Toasty.
But keep your chin up. You have many years to grow up, if you don't trip over your own feet first.

When Jews wised up they started speaking out about Israel and its criminal warfaring on everyone in the neighbourhood. And they will not stop. Nor will the rest of us. Israel is doomed, and even if, as in your scenario, it ever won it would be a world pariah, and no person on conscience would have anything to do with it. It don't matter how much you spend on killing. You cannot stand against the world.
The High Times editorial couldn't get this strong, of course!

I didn't expect a coward like yourself to admit it. But that's alright.
Just remember one thing Weezle saying that I didn't dismantle your arguments doesn't ACTUALLY change the fact that I have done so , on many occassions.

I'm still wating for someone to actually respond to the points I was trying to make. Challenger tried, at least, credit should go where credit should go.

Beezle and the others are all blah blah blah, tho.

Silly boy.

...Oh Phoney, thats EXACTLY what free speech is! There ARE no boundaries! Silly person...
There are no boundaries to Free Speech, as the term is used to denote a Constitutional Right?

Think again.

A constitutional right?

A human right!

It could be a GOD GIVEN right it does not alter the boundaries inherent in free speech. You cant for example claim that your neighbours wife sold sex to the local football team and that her children are not her husbands without proof. Nor can you say that you have a bomb on an airplane, that is outside the boundaries of free speech.

Oh oh, careful on the "GOD GIVEN" thing here Phoney ;-)

And yes, I can say what the hell I like... With or without "proof"... However, I would also have to accept any consequences of false allegations or claims.

Like a great many people do every day... You not heard of the word gossip?

And if you bothered to read the link I gave it tells how free speech is not as all encompassing as you believe. Here it is again for you so you can see that your version of freedom of speech is different to the LEGAL VERSION

The freedom of speech is not absolute; the Supreme Court of the United States has recognized several categories of speech that are excluded from the freedom, and it has recognized that governments may enact reasonable time, place, or manner restrictions on speech.

I read your link Phoney...

However, I still choose to reserve MY right to freedom of speech... Legal or otherwise...

You see, unless something changed in the world, I am free to do and say what the hell I like... Any consequences of my actions or words I will deal with!

Here is the definitive of free speech

Freedom of speech in the United States - Wikipedia the free encyclopedia

Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and by many state constitutions and state and federal laws. The freedom of speech is not absolute; the Supreme Court of the United States has recognized several categories of speech that are excluded from the freedom, and it has recognized that governments may enact reasonable time, place, or manner restrictions on speech.

Keep up Phoney...

We did the First Amendment days ago :eusa_whistle:

And it seems that you do not know what it entails, and it takes a foreigner to explain to you that it does not cover all bases.

A foreigner Phoney?

Care to explain?

How about the Knesset basic law? Are you familiar with it?

And don'tt try and outsmart me, please. Your sarcasm regarding our democratic movement is driven from ignorancy to the law.

No state allows political parties to go against its constitution, no state should allow it.
WOW, we have two parties in the US who trample on our constitution.

Republicans and Democrats.

Those parties who want to follow the constitution are denied access to the political process.

Ah, and here, the rest of us thought, that we were dealing with matters at-law, of a public nature - the freedoms and boundaries of Free Speech as this is commonly understood and practiced within the jurisdiction of our Republic.

But it appears that you were delving into Personal Perceptions, rather than matters at-law, for which there is no practical resolution.

Next time, do us all a favor and stipulate Freedom of Speech at-law, versus Personal Perceptions, eh? It'll save everyone a lot of time and energy.

Funny, as it seems that the "law" is pretty much over looked here it seems odd that you would think that I would overlook the law...

To be honest, the law be damned....

It's not my personal perception...

It's everyones right!

Yes, it's your personal perception, that Free Speech has no boundaries whatsoever, and the law be damned.

The vast, overwhelming majority of your fellow countrymen function in a different and far more realistic universe.
