Those examples started becoming quite rare, so the race pimps had to take a different tack. They started looking for statistical disparities, and demanded that racism be inferred from those disparities. Sometimes they were right. The Supreme Court invented "Affirmative Action" to address that issue, but it was largely a failure, helping a few POC's and harming everyone else, POC or not.

Now Affirmative Action has been challenged, as "we" realize that a lot of the disparities have nothing to do with racial discrimination; they are related to things like talent, intelligence, education, and making good choices.

So, like it or not, we are back to, "If you show me a case of actual racial discrimination, WE CAN ALL ATTACK IT TOGETHER and stop it."

But actual cases of racial discrimination are pretty rare. So what's a race pimp to do?
