Over time, years or perhaps over 2 or 3 generations a color-blind society can be reached by adopting color-blind policies. I couldn’t focus at work today. My mind kept taking me back to Charlottesville.

I kept hearing the voices of those who vowed to “take their country back” and rid it of all diversity and unity.
