American voters are onto Trump's game

That is insulting true democrats.

She is a leftist hag who only cares about power. There is a huge difference.
All democrats are anti-American leftists by extension. There is no differentiation between democrats and leftists. Any democrat who believes otherwise is only fueling anti-American leftism.

I will respectfully disagree.

Politics is analog and not digital.

You vote democrat and you’ve abetted every single one of their anti-American policies. No selectivity allowed.
Can't recall ever voting for one. You might want to familiarize yourself with a poster's history before making such absurd claims.

I have stated repeatedly that I voted for DJT 3 times and I'd do it again.

I am no longer worried about what will happen with the war. Though it will deal gas dropping below $3.00 until next year, there is going to be massive war damage to America. There may be a solid recession as an inevitable result. But I am not worried. Why? Trump is playing a game with markets and raking in a fortune with his buddies. The war will end when he says, "I've won, and I want a Nobel Peace Prize."

I don't think he will get one. Why? American voters are on to him. Check all of the polls. He is upside down at 1:2.

Here’s where public polling stands right now on Trump, the war in Iran, and the economy, based on the most recent data available (all from April 19, 2026):

🇺🇸

  • 37% approve, 63% disapprove — Trump’s lowest point of his second term.
Public opinion is strongly negative:
  • About two‑thirds of Americans disapprove of Trump’s handling of the Iran war.
  • 54% strongly disapprove, with only 33% approving of his handling of the conflict.
  • Multiple polls show the war is a major driver of his declining approval.
This is Trump’s worst-performing issue area:

  • Only 32% approve of his handling of inflation and cost of living; 68% disapprove.
  • Two‑thirds of Americans say rising prices are a major concern.
  • Gas prices and war‑related cost increases are specifically cited as drivers of disapproval.
  • One‑third say the U.S. is on the right track; two‑thirds say it’s on the wrong track — the most pessimistic reading since Trump returned to office.
Even among Republicans:
  • Approval has slipped from 87% → 83% in recent months.
  • Strong approval has dropped 6 points (58% → 52%).

He still has more than 8 of 10 GOP. But women, under 34, and indies are saying, basically, "**** him and his buddies," this fall. You know what Dems think.
He's down to the mindless die hards now, the "I could shoot someone of Fifth Avenue" crowd (who somehow have never been insulted by that line). He's at Jimmy freakin' Carter level.

But you never know. While it doesn't look good for the GQP right now, stuff can happen over six or seven months. We'll see if the Dems' "we're not Trump" strategy is enough nationally.

I use the term you rhetorically. Not you specifically. I should have said if first. My bad.

This is laughable.

Explain the numbers in 71/72/73.

Get back to us.

I'm curious...on what are you basing your belief that there will be a "solid recession" brought on by this war?
We have a weakening job market, persistent/rising inflation, and an inconsistent, incompetent, and unstable maniac at the helm. Trump's actions are creating global geopolitical shocks.

Moody's now puts our chances of a recession this year at 50/50, and the odds will keep getting worse if someone doesn't lock Trump out of the room where the decisions are made.

I am saying I don't care what they are now and nobody knows (in today's world) what is going to happen.

Could there be a MAGA wreckage this fall? Yes.

Could MAGA come out OK this fall? Yes.

Nobody knows.

And, frankly, I don't care.
Yes, you care. You will defend Maga and Trump regardless of the high probability if left alone Maga, Trump, and you will wreck the country. That is what November is about, and you will not like the results.

Please Mac.

For the sake or what little credibility you have, please look at those posts and tell us how to think about your statements in reference to them.

At some point in almost every presidency, it's come down to the die hards being the only ones.

One of those graphs shows that most presidents, at one time, were lower than Trump. This is even worse when you consider that the independents were not as numerous as they are today.

Go ahead Mac. Instead of just putting up a "like" emoji....address the question.

You are loaded with claims.....maybe you could help us better understand what you meant.

Or maybe, just maybe, you reached into your backside again to find, yet another, little turd to waste our time with.

Yes, you care.
Uh, no I don't.

Take your phobias to the doctor you are paying to much to help you with. He's not being successful.
That is what November is about, and you will not like the results.

Walk whistling by the graveyard all you want. Thinking people laugh at what you and others are insisting is not so. Yeah, it is.

Hey Mac,

If you posted a reply, I don't see it. Can you tell me where it is?

I am very interested to hear your analysis.
