They were delivering drugs to a drug dealer in the hood. That's generally how it works. That is the portion of the U.S. population that is Black males, and they are responsible for almost HALF of all violent crime. The unfortunate fact is that TESTING is the only way to measure how students are doing. The fact that we let TEACHERS demand a reduction or elimination of quantitative evaluation is so bizarre that taxpayers are too stunned to object. I suppose. Are unpaid school board members corrupt? The teachers are much better I sent my Daughter to Germanton Academy. Funding has no relation to quality of outcomes. There isnt less funding because they dont pay for the child. Many poor performing public schools will close.
