There is a difference between a "spontaneous" reaction to a YouTube video and a well orchestrated attack.

Hillary didn't act responsibly when it came to security. That consulate had already been attacked not long before. It's her fault they did nothing to improve security. Same thing happened in Somalia in 93' when I was deployed there, when the Clintons felt that half measures would to the job. The result was 18 dead and over 90 wounded.
