No, there aren’t. You think there are because you don’t have the slightest idea what you’re talking about.The FCC laws in place disagree with you. and its not like you would be regulating their fee structure.
Twitter and Facebook cannot be considered utilities. The idea that they could defies all logic.
They could not ever be considered common carriers, it’s simply not their function. Their services for internet publication. They’re not providing internet access and they’re not natural monopolies given people on the internet have nearly unlimited options for what service they can use including creating their own websites.
