b) it’s a generic reply to anyone saying suicide should be legal, not targeted. If someone wants to die that badly they should kill themselves, not make someone else their murderer, period.

I don't think you understand what murder is. We're all going to die and nothing we have done will matter so who is to say someone can't decide when they die, sooner by their own doing on their terms, or later not of their choice?

My husband who died relatively quickly of dementia begged me to kill him.

I never for one moment considered anything of the kind.
