We are quickly shifting toward a corporate-run state in countries all over the world. It appears "free" and even allows elections, albeit they are only among candidates funded and approved by corporate powers, held on voting machines owned by those corporate powers, and marketed in media owned by those corporate powers.

But this bears little resemblance to the democratic republic envisioned by our nation's Founders.

When we let foreigners start a fiat currency bank owned by them it started the downfall. Staying under control became harder. In that era though from the last quarter of the 19th century on, the rise of industrialists and inventors and men who made the great unwashed live better lives and enjoy many things the rich were used to, occurred.

OMG I watched this show on AMC called INFLATION. The star of it was the devil. Costar was Hitler. The devil told Hitler how he was going to destroy the USA. Through inflation. And giving people credit. Can't afford it, that's ok, we'll give you credit. And so began the beginning of the end.

I pay all my bills with my credit card but I pay off the bill every month and get cash back. How many Americans have $5K on a credit card and are only making $100 a month payments. F Me.

You are the exception. A high percentage of people do not manage their resources well. Interest is brutal on loans. And it adds up. The lower classes are hamstrung by this and never catch up. They are even screwed by check cashing places and Rental furniture/electronics centers. Banks demand a certain amount in accounts and give very little interest and charge for using the ATM machines for a percentage of customers. The Banks are like Casinos. The House never loses.

Ummm No---he starred in MASH-----and all of his other projects sucked. And as far as mash goes---Think the other actors carried his stuck up ass.

Never was a big fan of him but he is great in Horace and Pete. It's a show written and directed by Louis CK. The show is like a play almost and has some dark ass humor in it.

Alan alda was a terribly unlikeable character in it, I'd never seen him play someone like that but he did an amazing job for an old man. He played the part so well I couldn't see anyone else doing it.
