Former Vice President Al Gore compared the Trump administration to Nazi Germany on Monday, saying the president and his advisors aim to "create their own preferred version of reality" in order to achieve their immoral goals.
"It was [Jürgen] Habermas' mentor, Theodor Adorno, who wrote that the first step in that nation's descent into hell was, and I quote, 'The conversion of all questions of truth into questions of power,'" Gore told the crowd of about 150 people. "He described how the Nazis, and I quote again, 'Attacked the very heart of the distinction between true and false,' end quote. The Trump administration is insisting on trying to create their own preferred version of reality."

At the 100-day mark of Trump’s first term in office, his approval rating was 44%. That was a record low among presidents going back to George W. Bush.
But now, nearly 100 days into Trump’s second presidency, a new CNN poll finds his approval rating is even lower at 41%.

That's 10% of the people who voted for Trump wish they didn't. Because he won by 51% basically.

If he won by an even larger margin then that's even MORE people who voted for him that are not happy. More than 10% of voters.

My brother tried to gas light me this weekend. He said everything is going according to plan and only an idiot would not see it. That's not a very convincing argument in a debate. So I'm stupid for you not being able to gas light me?

Then he said our argument just kept going round and round in circles. Yea, because it makes no sense. I tried to ask him why would China buy from us if the can make it cheaper at home? He didn't get it. And why would Europe drop tariffs if they are trying to protect vital industries that keep their country strong? He didn't get it.

Why ask other countries to drop tariffs if we want to bring the jobs home? There should be no discussion on certain things. Bring those jobs home.

Trump's followers truly believe he's trying to bring jobs home to improve poor Americans lives. LOL. Of course my brother is a millionaire. But he passionately believes what Trump is doing is good.

Gore is correct.
The Nazis were anti-socialists who instead favored the profits of capitalist private enterprise.
Socialism and communism costs half as much because you prevent capitalist monopolies and the doubling of prices they add.
