ahmaund arbery trial getting closer

Laughable....how do you detain and confine someone with your car?

Ridiculous....let me break it down for you dumbass.....the fellow ....the neighbor of the MacMichals who said that is just a ordinary fellow like the jurors will consist of....not trained in legalese.

These young inexperienced federal prosecutors are essentially academics and have no common sense. But the jurors in this case most likely will as in most common folk do.

There is no way a juror will vote to convict on such nonsense these academics are concocting....it is laughable....no way in hell can anyone confine or detain someone on foot with their car.
And to compound that b.s. by claiming the fellow is guilty of murder is beyond ridiculous.

This is a good example of why our government is so fuked up...too many academics in high places....concocting crap like this....it looks good on paper but it is in essence it is stupidity.

Now the blacks on the jury might buy into this b.s. since they are so biased...but the inept prosecutors will not be able to convict by using ridiculous crap like that.

All the defense really needs to do is to show that video of ahhhhmaud attacking Travis ....that will destroy all this b.s. the prosecutors are concocting.

Well of the first eight jurors, two of the Jurors know Arbery’s family. So the idea that all twelve will come to the conclusion that the Defendants are Innocent is what is laughable.

I haven’t read if the last Jurors also know Arbery’s family, but I saw in the news that two of the first eight did and told the court, and were advanced anyway.

You got a link for that as in you have no credibility....anyhow that allegation has been dealt with already ....again read the posts....you continue to run in a circle wasting board space.

Anyhow....I might admit to killing JFK but it is meaningless without evidence to support that admission.

If you knew anything about the law you would know how the police coerce defendants into saying things that are not true.

Also....once again Ahhhmaud was never detained. Deal wid it boyo.
Sure, dumbfuck racist...

Just watched the video and it is of no help to your narrative.....Gregory says that the neighbor 'roddy' attempted to block the suspect....attempted is not blocking...no mention made of detainment at any time....thus your b.s. narrative is just that.

Despite everything you claim ahhhmaud was never detained and retained his ability to just keep on running which he did.

Not even to mention that apparantly they were questioning Gregory without reading him his rights and we all know how that works ....anything he said is not admissable.

Obviously he was still in some degree of shock after all the trauma....i.e. him saying 'everything is just a blur' demonstrates that as well as some evident confusion on his part which is to be expected after all the trauma.

Even if it is admissable I do not believe it will help the prosecution.

Which is why the charges they face is attempted kidnapping. And that is still very illegal to attempt to do so.

Why lie?

"Now in the meantime, Roddie pulls out of his house and kind of blocks him."

@16:10 - "Now in the meantime, Roddie, the other guy in the truck, pulls out and blocks him."

A pity you needs lies to prop up your moronic claims.

Oh, and by the way, even attempting to block him is a crime. That's one of the charges... criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment

What roddy did is on him and I have no sympathy for him since he lied about the McMichaels trying to curry favor with the prosecutors.

McMichaels were also committing actions which constituted attempt to kidnap by chasing Arbery, confronting him with weapons and ordering him to stop.

The Feds bought the false narrative that the media and state prosecutors have promulgated.

There is absolutely nothing in the indictment that identifies how this is a federal hate crime and it ignores without apology that Georgia law allows a citizen to detain a person who has committed a crime.

There is no law against chasing a criminal suspect.

Hollering for someone to stop is not a crime.

Calling a black man you just killed, a "n*****," rises to the level of a federal hate crime.

That was based on what roddy said and he is not credible since he is attempting to curry favor with the prosecution.

Though the infamous N woid is not politically correct even blacks commonly use it...Thus no proof whatsoever of any hate crime...some folks just use colorful language especially when under duress.

The black had just assaulted Travis, tried to take away his weapon and if he had been successful would no doubt have used it against Travis and his father.

You think that is not enough reason for anger and an emotional outburst.

Any competent juror should have no problem seeing that especially with a video that clearly shows it.

What is a hate crime?

'A hate crime is a traditional offense like murder, arson, or vandalism with an added element of bias. For the purposes of collecting statistics, the FBI has defined a hate crime as a “criminal offense against a person or property motivated in whole or in part by an offender’s bias against a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, or gender identity.” Hate itself is not a crime—and the FBI is mindful of protecting freedom of speech and other civil liberties.'

Nothing the McMichaels did that day was based on racial bias....if the suspect had been white the McMichaels would have done nothing different and Gregory McMichaels 30 yr history as a policeman and criminal investigator proves that.

You may only detain someone whom you have identified and witnessed as having committed a crime.

They did not. Therefore, their actions are without defense.

As for hate crime, the defendant’s messages speak to their racist ideology.

He said that prior to attempting to make any deals.

Try harder, dumbfuck racist.

Chasing him for what purpose?

To talk to him and since he captured on video trespassing he was suspected of burglary.
Attorneys for a former Glynn County district attorney investigator charged with murder called the death of Ahmaud Arbery a tragedy, but said they are confident that once all of the facts come out, Gregory McMichael will never be convicted in this case.

“The truth will reveal this is not just another act of violent racism. Gregory McMichael did not commit murder. Gregory McMichael is not a party to the crime of murder,” said Frank Hogue, who, along with his wife and partner, Laura Hogue, are defending the 64-year-old.
“The how and the why of (Arbery’s death) simply cannot be shoehorned into the narrative that has been told so far,” Frank Hogue said.
“We know several other critically important facts. Those facts point to a very different narrative than the ones that brings you all here today," Laura Hogue said at a news conference outside their Macon law practice.
McMichael along with his son, Travis McMichael, are both charged with felony murder and aggravated assault in the Feb. 23 shooting death of Arbery. On Thursday, the son’s attorneys also expressed confidence that their client would not be found guilty.

The whole truth will come out in a court of law in front of a jury.

Among the issues the Hogues planned to address was that the father and son face the same charges even though the police investigation, the autopsy and video of the incident all indicate that the shots that killed Arbery were fired by a shotgun carried by Tavis McMichael.
According to an incident report by Glynn County police, Gregory McMichael, said he and his son armed themselves and chased Arbery in a pickup truck after seeing him run down their street. Gregory McMichael told police he suspected Arbery was a burglar and said he attacked Travis McMichael before he was shot in a struggle over the gun

You are wrong.....but since ahhhmaud was never detained the point is moot.

What messages?

Again....this has been gone over and over....yet people like you not reading what has been posted already come on and repeat what has now been said many times....go back and read what has been posted before coming on here again and wasting board space.
