AG Garland Calls Trump's Bluff

Let's go through this logically:

The President is leaving office. He is taking (what they now say) 20 boxes of documents. Do you really believe he went through 20 boxes personally? I don't. I think he had White House staff go through them.

A year and a half later, Biden sends his henchmen to look at those boxes, and the President welcomes it. Whatever they found in those boxes, the Left-BI suggests he pad lock the door, and he followed their suggestion.

It's likely he had his lawyers go through them again just in case, and another two months later, they wait until he's out of town and raid his home. His personal lawyer is contacted, and she runs over there to see what's going on. She starts overseeing the search, and they instruct her to leave the house.

The warrant (from what I read) specified rooms where documents could be kept. Malania's bra cups not one of them.

So now they create some violation against Trump. His defense is the documents in question were not taken by him. They made sure he wasn't there for the search, ordered his lawyer out of the house, and it's more than well known the Communists were trying to make sure he never ran for President again.

What do you suppose a judge or jury would do?

Poor widdle fake biwwionaire. He can't break the law at will without being persecuted. :crybaby:
It will be interesting to see if the most powerful political voice in America with unlimited finances will be able to escape punishment for crimes that the common man would face a long prison sentence. This case is as much about equal justice under the law as it is the fate of Donal Trump.

When Hillary did it, she was allowed to run for President. And she had no constitutional authority to keep classified material.

Biden did not send the DOJ after Trump. The director of the NARA did. They requested that Trump return presidential records and classified documents 3 times. After 12 months the NARA receive 30 presidential documents of which several had been damaged or destroyed out of hundreds that remained
missing. They also receive 2 classified documents out of a dozen or more. It was at this point the NARA ask the DOJ for help. The DOJ opened a case in April 2022. Since there were many highly classified documents that Trump should of returned when he left office the DOJ had to go after those documents. Biden was probably informed of the search
but his approval was not unnecessary.

Except for the fact Trump claimed those classified documents were unclassified by him. Also the FBI didn't send a subpoena for them, they just barged into his home and started rummaging around. it's a pre-election dog and pony show by the left once again. They are in trouble in November and they know it quite well.

An exhibit which was part of the search warrant listed items to be seized. The exhibit lists all classified documents as well as all presidential documents. For Trump to declassify documents, he must do so when when he is president and he has to make it known that he has done so otherwise they remain classified.

Show me in the Constitution where he must do that. The executive branch is one person--the President if the United States with his backup VP. The powers of separation make it impossible for anybody to place restrictions or conditions on that constitutional power. This was decided by the Supreme Court years ago.

With that power President Trump's rule of declassification was that anything that leaves the oval office is officially declassified. When Trump moved out of the White House and took those documents with him, he was still the President.

With millions and millions of Trump supporters there are bound to be a few nuts. I have no idea what this fool thought he was going to accomplish. Sounds like suicide by cop to me.

Now if 10 or 20 Trump supporters organize and start attacking FBI offices we have a real problem. It is my belief and hope that Tump supporters are smart enough to not do anything that stupid as it would be playing into the hands of those who fear Trump and want to make sure he doesn’t win in 2024.
Or if a few plan to, let's say kidnap and kill a Governor of a state maybe?

Of course the whole plot was instigated by the FBI.

The FBI got walloped last week when a Michigan jury concluded that the bureau had entrapped two men accused of plotting to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. Those men and others were arrested a few weeks before the 2020 election in a high-profile, FBI-fabricated casethat Joe Biden claimed showed President Trump’s “tolerance of hate, vengeance, and lawlessness to plots such as this one.” But the jury verdict exposes how the feds have created the monsters they parade to vindicate their vast power over Americans.

***snip***

Though several militia members explicitly opposed kidnapping the governor, Chapel and Robeson helped hatch a ludicrous plot to snatch Whitmer from her vacation home and take her away for trial. FBI operatives took the participants, who prattled idiotically about stealing a Blackhawk helicopter, for drives near Whitmer’s vacation home, which supposedly proved they were going to nab the governor and unleash havoc.

It was all a setup. Shortly before that excursion, an FBI agent texted instructions to Chapel: “Mission is to kill the governor specifically.” There were as many FBI informants and undercover agents as there were purported plotters in this case.…emphasis added

The conspiracy began unraveling even before the trial began last March. Robert Trask, the lead FBI agent and “the public face” of the kidnapping case, was fired after he was arrested for “beating his wife during an argument over an orgy that the two had attended at a hotel in Kalamazoo, Mich.,” The New York Times reported. Two other key FBI agents were sidelined from the case for misconduct (including creating a side hustle with his own cybersecurity firm).

When the arrests were announced in October 2020, a top Justice Department attorney proclaimed that the case showed that “our state and federal governments are working together to keep us all safe.” But the case actually illustrated how the Supreme Court and federal judges have entitled federal agencies to create the crimes they claim to thwart.

Like January 6th, do you mean like that?

You’re using outdated talking points. There was a subpoena in June. Trump knows this, not sure why he kept that from you.

Garland Moves to Release Details on Search of Trump’s Home

So you've all been demanding the release of the warrant, eh?

Be careful what you ask for. Garland has called your bluff.

Now that the AG has asked the judge to allow him to release the warrant to the public, along with an inventory of what was seized at Trump's hideout, Trump has until 3 pm tomorrow to put the kibosh on the request.

Will he? What excuse will he give?

Mr. Garland said he had personally approved the search after the failure of “less intrusive” attempts to retrieve material taken from the White House by Mr. Trump.
Mr. Garland provided no details. But the person briefed on the matter said investigators had been concerned about material from what the government calls “special access programs,” a designation even more classified than “top secret” that is typically reserved for extremely sensitive operations carried out by the United States abroad or for closely held technologies and capabilities.

Government officials have expressed concern that allowing highly classified materials to remain at Mr. Trump’s home could leave them vulnerable to efforts by foreign adversaries to acquire them, according to another person familiar with the Justice Department’s thinking.

All hail the Democrat party, guardians of freedom, defenders of the downtrodden, beholden to only rigidly applies logic.

Wow, you're delusional

Oh bullshit you did. You can't read anything without big color pictures. I asked you to prove the Senator wrong and you can't. Furthermore is the FACT all 20 some Republicans that voted against it did so for the same reason.
A. Of course i read it. It was only 60 pages, stupid. You obviously did not

B. As far as the "same reason"...that reason was that they were TOLD how to vote.

Well of course you think that.

As I said I have no idea what involvement the FBI had at the Jan 6th riot. However seeing how hard the FBI has tried to find something to charge Trump with and all the dirty tricks the FBI used to spy on Trump — I would not be surprised if they tried to fire up the rioters.
