it is tantamount to a crime when a child goes without education...in that the child will grow up to commit a crime!

..hey--a lot of colleges give out LOTS of $$$$ for poor students.....it doesn't say how much he is going to pay for Harvard--could be about $0
....some students pay nothing at all for college
..chances are, he got a lot of $$$$ and in for his skin color
