Adding to the debate about whether we are in a constitutional crisis.

Progs did everything they could to eliminate Trump from running for President including potential prison and his life. You created him if anything typed is true. Frankly the last administration ran roughshod through the constitution.
they do what they accuse.

Everyone understands that the Courts have to abide by ONLY the authority they have, right?

The courts authority is not unfettered and uncheckable.
Court's rulings can be overruled by higher courts, not the executive branch. It's not the admin's place to determine what authority a judge has or doesn't have.

It is a right-wing lie, or rather disinformation, that Biden ignored the US Supreme Court's decision on student loans.

After the ruling, the Biden Administration changed the student loan plans to comply with the Order.

It did not ignore the Order.

MAGAs are preparing the groundwork for when Trump tells SCOTUS to go to hell.

The rule of law is a farce to MAGAs. They want one-man rule.
After the ruling, the Biden Administration changed the student loan plans to comply with the Order.
when SCOTUS said NO, you can't come in the front door, Biden tried coming in the backdoor. When they locked that, they started looking for unlocked windows.

Things like holding him accountable for the laws he broke

The Biden Administration did what every administration has done which is change their actions to comply with the SCOTUS ruling.

MAGAs, OTOH, want Trump to ignore any ruling that he finds disagreeable. That is called anarchy.

Why we have a Constitutional Crisis

SCOTUS has declared a President can’t be prosecuted for Official Acts

Anyone working for Trump can break the law and Trump would pardon them

Congress is too partisan to Impeach

Trump can ignore court orders and there is no way to force him to comply

Trump has backed Democrats into a corner again. I can't wait for Dems to rush to the cameras to demand all these terrorist criminal thugs be returned. :auiqs.jpg:
they have no standing. It's really very simple. One must have standing. Please, any demofk in here tell us who has that? ONly Trump!!!

The court has to have the authority to rule, without it, they're just play acting.

White House touts deportation of alleged gang members that court ordered returned to US

President Donald Trump’s White House is celebrating his use of a rarely invoked wartime authority to carry out the mass deportation of hundreds of alleged gang members to El Salvador in an episode that fueled doubts about the ability of the U.S. court system to constrain the Trump administration’s actions.

After a federal judge issued an unusual order Saturday evening that required all planes carrying those covered by Trump’s Alien Enemies Act declaration to return to the U.S, at least one planeload of Venezuelan deportees continued on to San Salvador and discharged its passengers to a waiting brigade of Salvadoran soldiers, police and videographers.

Grim video posted on X by El Salvador’s president, Nayib Bukele, contained movie-like scenes set over a music soundtrack and depicted soldiers leading tattooed men off an airplane, forcing them to bend toward the ground as they were frog-marched to waiting buses and had their heads shaved by hooded prison guards.

Statements from Bukele and from Trump allies mocking the court order issued by the chief U.S. District Judge in Washington, James Boasberg, contributed to an air of fecklessness around the U.S. legal system in Trump’s second term.

It's not the first time trump refused to comply with a court order. It likely won't be the last as he tries to normalize ignoring the courts.
There is no debate, Stupid. There is no Constitutional crisis.

You clowns are just sore loser lunatics who can’t accept the fact you got your asses kicked in November when America rejected your lunatic rants and no plans for the future.

So far it can be tolerated and will be.

The Const. crisis will be there when Trump's team begins political arrests on Trump's behalf.

If Hitler's driving force was sociopathy to any amount, it pales in comparison to Trump's sociopathic mental illness.

Will he be driven by his egotistical needs, to go nuclear, in the belief that he can win the ultimate prize?

I think the issue here is as your article points out "After a federal judge issued an unusual order Saturday evening.." it was a odd, and very unusual order.

They can't simply undo a flight in the middle of the night that's already taken off.

I am glad to see him ignore these rogue Democrat judges who are overreacting their constitutional rights. I’m hoping the SCOTUS will issue a final ruling to stop these judges from usurping constitutional authority from the Executive and Legislative branches.

Lunatic meltdowns are cute.

Lunatic meltdowns are cute.
I may be thinking too far ahead.

But it's justified by the fact that most Americans' eyes are glazed over in confusion over what Trump's mental illness can destroy in their country.

My comments are going to make a lot more sense in a few months, if not sooner?
