He is not ignoring existing laws. Provide the exact laws that says he cannot fire federal employees nor furlough them.

The money released by Congress is going to programs that were never authorized by Congress and every President, back to Truman has had the authority to audit and remove waste, Abuse, and Fraud.

Not one court order has Trump ignored. The same cannot be said about the previous Administration.
