From what I understand the Columbine School shooters had been doped up by the system with mood altering prescription drugs for a long time. If it's true the school should have been investigated and possibly prosecuted but there was no such effort to uncover the use and effects of mind altering drugs on adolescents. It's easier to blame guns.
Guns are banned throughout the whole country with all that psychobabble you're spouting.The one shooter was a psychopath and the other one a weak minded follower......they were not the victims of bullying, but the leader had meglomaniacle tendencies...which they saw in the writings they found.
What would it take to tip an adolescent potential psychopath and a "weak minded follower" over the edge? Mood altering prescription drugs advertised on T.V. add the warning about "suicidal feelings". Apparently the drugs routinely prescribed to "trouble makers" weren't well regulated and were traded freely among the kids.
