Abrego-Garcia Case Dismissed

All of which was nullified when he married a US Citizen.

Even SCOTUS has ruled his deportation is illegal.

Why are we paying African Countries tens of thousands of dollars to take immigrants (and only a handful of them.)?

Seems like a waste of resources that can be better put to use deporting people whose home countries ARE willing to take them.
No it ruled his deported violated a court order not that has a right to be here

It’s about sending a message that no matter who you are how much you rally behind these creeps they’re going back and stop pretending like you actually care about the rule of law you don’t you want as many of these monsters flooding into the country to ruin it

The judge was an Obama appointee. He embarrassed himself. This thug is going to be deported.
Explain how the judge embarrassed himself.

I think you’re just saying shit. You don’t know what you’re talking about.

That's odd. Some 14 million had entered illegally by 2023.

Most didn't get sent back. Who's being disengeuous now?
well, you are, if you are throwing out bullshit numbers.

Here, let me help you out.

Estimates for the U.S. unauthorized immigrant population by year reflect a mix of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) data and non-partisan research estimates: [1, 2, 3]
  • 2007 Peak: 12.2 million
  • 2009: 11.0 million
  • 2019: 10.2 million
    • 2020: 10.0 million
    • 2021: 10.5 to 11.2 million
    • 2022: 10.9 million to 11.0 million
    • 2023: 11.7 million to 14.0 million
    • 2024: 14.0 million (preliminary estimate)

According to what facts?
The number of times that the Supreme Court has had to emergency intervene and reverse lower court rulings via the shadow docket process. Lower courts use to actually issue orders that were legal and Consitutitonal virtually all the time. The SCOTUS rarely needed to intervene via shadow docket. Activists in the lower courts have corrupted them now. SCOTUS' emergency intervention is needed almost once a week these days. What a fuckin' disgrace you people are.

Explain how the judge embarrassed himself.
Garcia was indicted by a grand jury. That grand jury determined that there was probable cause for prosecutions to move forward. The judge wasn't ruling that the prosecution had violated law or Constitutiion in court. He just stated his biased opinion that the case was motivated by feelings of prosecutors and not evidence the grand jury saw. He should have allowed the case to proceed to trial (where Garcia could defend his innocence) as long as the prosecution wasn't violating Constitutional rights or procedural laws. The judge is a disgrace.

You get horribly upset when I take your stupidity apart, so I will try to answer these in succession.

Garcia's parents are the ones who brought him here to protect him, not him.
We don't jail people who haven't committed crimes, and Garcia hasn't.
Maybe we should make divorce harder to get, but this has nothing to do with Garcia's case.
I think I've been here longer than any of them. I certainly have a higher post count.
Entering a country illegally is a crime, is it not?

Post #88, who are the children and does he have children?

We don’t love “illegals and criminals”

Garcia Abrego is neither

Now explain your support for the J6 criminals
So when arrested why did he have rolls of cash and drugs on him and with two members of MS-13.

I don't support ANYONE who riots. I think anyone who joins a protest is stoopid.
