The link says “set foot on west plaza”, which is a subset of the Capitol grounds.

To get to the west plaza, the rioters had to violently break through a police barrier, causing an injury to police in the process. You’ve been shown footage of them doing so, repeatedly.

This occurred at 12:53.

Here's proof that website is wrong. Here's proof the crowd busted their way past a police barricade to get onto Capitol grounds at 12:53 (maybe 12:54 till they got on the grounds because the video is more than a minute long).
