I have been to the Capitol and understand what you are asking very well.
I have been there when it was blocked off and the only way to enter was to wait in a long line or get a pass from the congress, and mine I got from the Senate offices. There were barricades then too, due to 911. However, all they did was create a way to force us in using the system I said I used or wait forever in very long lines. West Grounds also face the White House and it's the easiest path to the Capitol from the White House.

I parked the car several blocks to the east and walked all the way to the Capitol. The visitor center was under construction then, so we walked up the stairs to the Capitol on the West side, and I met a couple one time who wanted me to use their camera and take some pictures of them on the steps.

It is my thinking that if one was in the Capitol and knows the lay out, like me, one has a better picture of this day than others have who have no clue what it is like there.

No, a grand jury was sworn in on January 8th. The indictment on this charge came ONLY after Biden's Attorney for D.C. took office. The indictment had his signature on it. Are you trying to claim that was forged now? Geezus, you're an idiot!

The signature on the single illegal indictment you showed was that of Channing Phillips. Phillips was Biden's appointed U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia from March 2021 to November 2021. That makes Biden's DOJ the single entity culpable for the illegal charge.

Do you even understand before it becomes a true bill, prosecutors give a grand jury the charges they plan on presenting evidence for to obtain a true bill? It seems not. Trump's DOJ decided on the charges for the grand jury to consider. Biden's DOJ inherited much of that and used what they got from Trump's DOJ to obtain true bills.

I can't explain why you don't blame Trump's DOJ for including that charge. To be honest, I don't know why you blame either DOJ? Were they suppose to see into the future to know the SCOTUS would remand that charge back down to lower courts?

The date of the true bill was stamped March 19, 2021. That was nearly two full months into Biden's term. One defendant named. It had the signature of Channing Phillips, Biden's U.S. Attorney for D.C on it. That makes him culpable for the charge and signing off on it. Biden's DOJ went on and ended up charging hundreds of people for the same fake charge. The grand jury swearing in date for this one occurrence was January 8th. That doesn't mean they even met that day. Grand juries can serve for months and see multiple cases.....and see charges amended while serving based upon evidence. A prosecutor can certainly amend or not bring an indictment if he or she knows it's not supported by law (like these were not) regardless of grand jury decision. No competent, honest person would allow the same faulty charge be brought hundreds of times. It was a political hit job by Biden's DOJ that was corrected thanks to our Supreme Court.
