Several visitors perhaps rioted, but the vast majority came to protest peacefully and were not trying to overthrow the government. However, of the 1550 prosecuted, few were claimed to be there to overthrow Biden. Biden was not president as we all know. He had not even been certified.

How did Epps help prosecute MAGA? At the time, he was MAGA. Don't know if he still is, but I would guess not. My belief is he wasn't prosecuted because he turned himself in quickly when appearing on an FBI list and there was no evidence he went inside the Capitol or assaulted anyone. I also believe they only charged him with disorderly conduct because of all the noise floating about him.

Biden sure could have done to Epps as done to Rhodes.

The federal government has had access to Epstein files since Bush was president. Then Obama, then Trump, then Biden, and now Trump again. And other than Trump going after Epstein and Maxwell, no president went after anyone else in those files.

Seditious conspiracy is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 2384 that punishes two or more people for agreeing to use force to overthrow, oppose, or obstruct the U.S. government.​

Rhodes never came close to doing this such as having an army, being armed with weapons and proves how the feds can get it very wrong.

Epps also rallied his forces to do what Rhodes was accused of doing.

My CLAIM is not to forgo the conviction of Rhodes, but to treat Epps the same for the same things. We have real video of Epps conspiring with others. We saw what happened when he conspired to try to obstruct the US Government as the law says above.

Here is your problem. You have not called for Epps to be treated the same way.
