I read through your link and then had quite a chuckle at the last page where it was signed by special council jack smith.
Those indictments aren't worth the paper the are printed on.
Congress did not appoint jack smith.
He was never appointed by a President or the Senate.
For example, John Durham was Senate confirmed as a lawful appointment.
jack smith was not.
U.S District Federal Judge ruled that jack smiths appointment as special prosecutor was unconstitutional.
His two federal criminal cases against President Trump were dropped.
He resigned in disgrace.
