Treason is a strong word.

It primarily applies in times of war.

Technically, giving secrets to the enemy is treason. But, we have no declared enemies at this point in time.

So, if Sandy Berger stuff a few secrets down his pants, it's not technically treason, it's just theft of government property.

I don't know that Hillary's ever actually committed treason. But she sure is a miserable excuse for a human being.

Treason is the right word because the acts of Clinton/Obama were attempting overthrow the government of the United States by staging a coup against the duly elected POTUS.
