I watched this video three times, so kyle killed the guy at the gas station, then when they where chasing him killed the guy with a skate board and blew the guys arm off with a gun , am I correct?
In every instance of the 3 shootings, Kyle was running away from an attacker before he fired. Only when they caught up and were actively attacking him did he fire. If anyone doubts me, just watch that ABC video in the OP.

The autopsies have long been done as have the ballistic tests. How come we have never seen those ballistic tests. Was there another shooter that shot Rosenbaum on the back? Not that it matters much because the pelvis shot would have killed him. It does not make sense that Rosembaum spun, as he was shot in the knee as he was running forward and would not have been able to turn. Was there another shooter? Vigilantism usually is a crime though. He and others went there to provide justice and protection without legal authorization and ultimately killed people by putting himself in a position where violence between him and others were inevitable.
