If you are wondering what Greenland looks like, here's a bus ride through Nuuk, Greenland.
This particular video is during thier summer, when its between 40-70 degrees. Nice for a summer temperature.

There are a lot of very nice videos from people all over Greenland on Youtube.

Would you want to visit or live in Greenland?

The landscapes remind me of Arizona and New Mexico.

Nuuk is the garden center of Greenland. The place is a wasteland of arctic tundra and glaciation.

barren, rock and grass, not even a pine tree, that place looks depressing

The best thing that could happen to Greenland would be to become a US Territory, but the people don't understand that yet. Maybe never.

I would definitely be interesting in visiting Greenland. I've always found it an interesting country.

When was it? May, June? All those balconies on the condos, and nobody on them enjoying the sunshine.

Their trees are mostly all at the most southern tip of the country.

Although, yeah, it is a bit bleak. I'm sure the winters there would kill the most hardy tree though.

ANSWER ME THIS :
If the government could give out FREE shots during COVID to the entire world......then WHY don't we have FREE healthcare for everything else?

We used to have affordable healthcare, before obamacare. And it's a non-sensical question...like, Why don't nurses work for free? Why don't doctors work for free? why does it cost money to go to college to become a doctor or a nurse? Why do the Janitors and Maintenance workers at the hospital work for free?

Nope. Before big brother government got involved, people only needed to make x dollars an hour. After the tax increases, everyone has to make x times 5 in order to pay the taxes. Where do the extra taxes go? they go to fund the bureaucrats who oversee the "new and improved" health care system. Government workers, insurance workers, and the health care facility that has to hire extra people to manage the government/insurance paperwork...they all get a cut.

If we can get the government and insurance companies OUT of health care, it will become affordable again like it used to be.

Yep.
Unfortunately goobermint has its tentacles into everything too deep.
Even Trump can't clean that mess up.........unless he just dissolves it all.
And thats not going to happen.

I'd rather visit S. Georgia and the Sandwich islands....At least they have penguins and it would be a great place to send our liberals. ;)

Yes sir, a liberal utopia it could be.

southern part is way below alaska which has plenty of pine trees
likely because it's mostly solid rock
some trees can grow OK in rock but it's difficult, they generally stay small

Excalibur:
Like Minneapolis.

lots of water and trees, the only depressing part is the state
being run by liberals, not the landscape though

Did you like it?

Would you live there if it became our next state?
Again, It couldn’t become a state as it only has about 60k inhabitants.

It could become a territory or (less likely) be tacked in to an existing state (I guess Maine is technically closest)

Why do you think most the western states were territories for so long before gaining statehood? They only became states once they reached a certain population.

Don’t you realize that it would be ridiculous to grant two senators to a place with a population less than Kalamazoo, Michigan?

*The population has little to do with Greenland. Even if it does, it's the population according to livable area, not the entire island.
*It COULD be a territory, but then again, it would make more sense to have it as a state. And if attaching it to any other state makes sense, it would be Alaska.....making it the largest state in the union. Alaska pretty much has the same issues with population, climate, and being a separate piece of property, not being attached to the main USA.
*It would make more sense to attach it to Alaska, as Trump wants Greenland for military purposes as well as fossil fuels and mineral deposits......as Alaska was/is.
