Major problems at TPUSA

For the criminal owners, hell yes.

For the rank and file seeking peace and constitutional governance in Washington, not so much.
Here we have one more example of the left that cant win on ideas trying to smear a decent conservative organization thats beating their brains out in debates. Instead of posting BS crap like this why not defend what progressives believe in such as
There are 1000 genders or no genders
Women cant be defined men can get pregnant
DEI hire the incompetent
Open the border
Let criminals run loose
Borrow spend print money
Regulate the economy to death
Men can use womens bathrooms and bet the crap out of them in sports
Come on bring it on

Your ignorance of TPUSA is not astounding, it is typical. Your knowledge base is a void.

As Candace and others, including WolvesAndFinance, TPUSA has been taken over by nefarious interests cloaked in religious cover quite some time ago. There are a few good guys there, and they have become whistleblowers.

Babble on Hafar, you're right in character.

So you cant defend progressive policies and beliefs. Just take one. Explain how gender can be changed.

How have allegations of financial mismanagement affected Turning Point USA and its leaders?

TPUSA'S' FRAUD AND FAILURE TO REPORT'! CHARLIE'S INVESTIGATION CUT SHORT!

Nov 16, 2025

Wolves and Finances did a fantastic job looking into TPUSA and found some serious discrepancies for example, $1.5MM going to an organization with an address in a parking lot.

How is Kash not aware of this?

The video discusses alleged financial fraud at Turning Point USA, highlighting several "red flags" based on newly obtained 990 tax forms for their shell companies (0:00).

Key points of concern raised in the video include:

• Missing Business Location for 110 LLC: The video details a payment of nearly $1.5 million from Turning Point Action to a company called "110 LLC" for "social digital media ad placement" over three years (1:52-2:21). The listed address for 110 LLC on the 990 forms is a strip mall in Queen Creek, Arizona, where the videographer could not find any trace of the business (2:23-3:40). It is revealed that 110 LLC is owned by Jake Hoffman, a former communications director for Turning Point USA and current Republican state senator in Arizona. Hoffman's financial disclosure lists the same address and claims he operates eight businesses out of "every suite in the strip mall," including a grocery store, Panda Express, and a pet dental clinic, which the videographer finds suspicious (4:23-5:24). The video questions why Baker Tilly, the accounting firm that conducted the audit, did not investigate this further (6:15-6:59).
• Suspicious Salary Expenses and "Ghost Employees": The video investigates an $8.6 million transfer from Turning Point USA to America's Turning Point, noting that this money was primarily spent on salaries (8:54-9:41). The video questions the reported number of 24 employees for America's Turning Point in FY24, especially given that they reported zero employees in the prior year. The math suggests an average annual salary of around $300,000 per employee, which the videographer considers highly unrealistic for a nonprofit (10:02-12:21). Tom Sedeka, a board member of Turning Point and former CEO of a payroll company, is called upon to comment on these "strange payroll numbers" (12:22-12:53).
• Mysterious New Donors: Turning Point Action saw a massive increase in revenue in FY24, jumping from $10.7 million to $27.2 million, a 150% increase in one year (13:00-13:24). This substantial increase in donations primarily flowed into Turning Point Action, the shell company where Tyler Ber is COO, rather than the main Turning Point USA organization led by Charlie Kirk (13:41-14:02). The video suggests that these new donors might have been trying to "infiltrate MAGA" behind Charlie Kirk's back, especially during the 2024 Republican primary when Donald Trump's frontrunner status became clear (14:10-15:20).
• Connection to Charlie Kirk's Murder: The video implies a potential connection between these financial discrepancies and Charlie Kirk's murder, suggesting that he might have started asking questions after reviewing the FY24 financials in June 2025, a few months before his death (15:47-16:22). It is suggested that his memo, written eight days before his murder, appointing a new COO and requesting a "Doge style audit," was prompted by these discoveries (16:23-16:38).
• Call for Investigation: The videographer urges Kris Mayes, the Attorney General of Arizona, to investigate these alleged financial irregularities, especially concerning the state senator Jake Hoffman and the suspicious payments to 110 LLC (16:54-17:42). The video emphasizes that as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Turning Point USA receives tax subsidies, and therefore, the public has a right to demand answers regarding its financial transparency (7:57-8:53).

Here’s my shocked face

It's all from TPUSA's IRS from 990

And you're 100% correct, what TPUSA filed was complete BS and should be investigated
I could not, for the life of me, understand why hyper-partisans on the left would act so willingly obtuse when it was pointed out how out of touch and in decline Biden was. . . .

. . . and now we see the same symptoms in the other party.

sad sad sad.

Blaming Kash for not finding every single occurrence of government defrauding is like blaming Trump for the Afghan assassin who shot two of our National Guardsmen point blank in the head. We are very fortunate to have a President and an administration that is focused on fixing the problems.

Kash was supposedly Charlie Kirk's spiritual "brother" and was supposed to have his back.

I can't begin relay the absolute loathing and disgust I have for Kash and Trump

What the heck happened to you? Now you are blaming Kash for Charlie Kirk's assassination? :dunno:

It's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE that Lee Harvey Robinson was the lone gunman. To me, it's blatant disrespect to the People of this once great nation. That's been my main problem with Trump, Part II.

Trump has done the absolute bare minimum on the plus side and less than nothing to dial back the Deep Statecraft or Lawfare whatever you want to call it.

The next time democrats take power, likely in the midterm, you'll see half the Administration end up in Gitmo awaiting a trial date.

Kash is not this ******* stupid and incompetent, no one is. Nothing about the KIrk Assassination is right, not the event, not the cover up and not the aftermath at TPUSA. It was a hostile takeover with the blessing of the Trump Administration

I never felt like joining a March on Washington like I do now
