Never going to happen. Both crime families will claim they want everything exposed, but then will do little. If the heat gets too high, they’ll start a big war to change the subject. It’s happened before.

I am fairly worried about the chance of that happening yet again. Good to know some of us realize this, even if it is a small percentage of people from what I am seeing here.

While nothing is set in stone, it's looking more likely that whatever materials the DOJ has may soon be released, after being in the DOJ/FBI hands for a long time.

So I have a theoretical-only, purely conspiratorial question: Would you mind if the FBI/DOJ went through the materials and removed/redacted/altered any information or evidence that might paint Trump in a bad light, or worse, indicate that he may have broken some law, before releasing them? Would that be worth it to you in the big picture of making America Great Again?

Personal insults are fine, but hopefully we'll get some clear answers one way or the other.

Biden wasn't hiding the files. They were under seal and he had no political reason to release them.
Trump on the other hand made it a BIG part of his campaign promising to release them.

I am wondering that if two Presidents from two opposing parties were 'in the know' and neither one of them were particularly thrilled about letting everyone else know, if it couldn't be something bigger than we think.

I am not saying that they are covering anything up to protect themselves or anyone in particular, but that the information could be a bit more damaging on a broader scale than we could suspect.

'Let the chips fall where they may' could be one thing, but 'this shit is about to burn to the ground' could be another. I mean who wants to be riding the big horse if the latter happens?
