So, I'm asking what that quote, written by Thomas Jefferson, means.
Despite the
obvious aim of it, different posters will interpret it
differently Porter
Myself it echo's the FF's insistance of the creators wish for
equality
Unfortunately it was
flawed from it's inception , which further manifested into the modern machinations of
classism and it's
obnoxiously evident disparity
It never
really applied universally , in fact it's rather Orwellian

I guess people just interpret it differently in modern times, but tell me where you think this is wrong:
Unalienable Rights are given by a
Creator (your God, whomever you deem that to be.) If you object to the word God, those Rights have been declared to be natural, inherent, absolute, irrevocable and above the reach of government. Among those Rights is the Right to
Liberty.
CITIZENSHIP is not Liberty, but rather a status, created by government, that entitles those who are citizens to things like the privilege of voting, running for public office, obtaining welfare, receiving a taxpayer paid education, and qualifying for things like Socialist Security checks after a certain age or upon becoming disabled from work. Would you agree with that assessment?
