Yes, God allows many things. Satan too, and Satan serves a purpose.

How would you know if the money is from Satan? That is one of the challenges of this thread. For example, in Nazi Germany's, many things were legit, that everyone would oppose today. Same for the Soviet Union. In today's world, you can finds examples too.

For example, would you collect a million dollar reward for reporting a terrorist, when the terrorist is not a terrorist, but you think he is? This happened when they swatted people's houses in the USA a few years ago.
