In places like Ohio, they passed Constitutional amendments that left the decision making of abortion to the doctor and the patient.
This allows for late term abortion.
And as Trump said, there are about 7 blue states that allow late term abortion

Speaking of Ohio, there was a 10-year-old girl that got pregnant, so the mother went to an Ohio abortion clinic after the state had passed laws against abortion after Roe was overturned. The mother then went to Indiana to get her daughter an abortion where the laws allowed abortion. The Indiana doctor then promptly alerted the media, which violated the patient's confidentiality rights as a patient, but the intent was to bash the overturning of Roe and the ability for Ohio to pass abortion laws, but then the wheels started to fall off the propaganda train.
Ohio law makers said the story about trying to go an abortion clinic was made up at first because no abortion doctors had reported the case. After all, a crime had been committed, but the abortion doctor did not alert authorities like he should have. Then the doctor who violated the patients confidentiality did not suffer any consequences for breaking the law by alerting the media. Of course, the doctor had to alert the authorities because she had just broke the news to the media, but when the investigation turned on the man who impregnated the girl, it turned out he was an illegal alien. At that point the story died on the spot. No one wanted to cover it anymore. And then we learned that the man was the boyfriend live in of the mother. It gets worse, the mother then denied that he had ever done it despite him confessing to the crime and despite the DNA pointing to him as the father.
In other words, had Roe not been overturned, the doctor would not have alerted authorities to the crime and just done the abortion, and the daughter would have kept getting raped and having a subsequent abortion every time, as the mother turned her head to look the other way
This is the sort of crap that was going on under Roe that the media refuses to acknowledge.
