Johnny Cash and Dylan also played together on one of Dylan's albums: Nashville Skyline, in a tune called Girl from the North Country. I am going to listen to it now. Nashville Skyline is a terrific album and as usual with Dylan it was ahead of its time. Thanks for reminding me.
