As far as Biden's 2024 campaign, again the proof will be in the pudding - if he can run the campaign, handle the grind and perform adequately at the debates, then he is still sharp enough to continue to be the POTUS.

There are many people who are haves, and just speak the game. Then go home to their comforts as they complantate their visions of plenty for all in a world that does not have plenty for more than a third of the population at most at this point. 3 billion are in poverty or so from my understanding.
