You may need to avoid actually confronting the bureaucratic intrusiveness of restrictions on voting, imposing gender identity, or politicians seizing control of wombs if they contradict your ideological dogma.

Seems we lost the new member. Hasn't replied since the thread posted.

Part of that is -- Intros is a Zone1 forum. Highest moderation level -- no different from Clean Debate or Announcements. We NEED to get back to the concept that's this is for welcoming, not another battleground for politics or personal feuds. We only have 3 forums that are actually moderated for civility. I think that's not too much to ask.

The "topic" of any Intro is the new member. Nothing radically polarizing. If the new member doesn't know that -- that's understandable. There was a page1 Mod Message to remind them of that. But everyone else needs to make a Welcome Wagon, and not like the rest of the 34 forums.
