Firstly, it is important to point out that women's reproductive rights are not under discussion or threat in Scandinavia.


In Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, 50% of the female workforce is employed by the government.


60% of Scandinavian women steadily vote for the left (social democratic, green, social-liberal and hard-left socialist parties)


In Denmark the economic libertarian Liberal Alliance party gets twice as much male support as female support. While the ecosocialist Green Left party gets twice as much female support.

In the 2025 election in Norway, almost 40% of men aged under 35 voted for the Progress Party, an anti-tax and anti-mass immigration party. Only 17% of young women voted for it.

Social Democrats in Sweden are wildly popular among older people, particularly women.
