The following report is outrageous and a National Scandal yet even though most are aware of the facts at least to some degree...people seem not to get upset about it....why is that?

I think mainly because the media provides excuses for such things and people being apathatic by nature....had rather go along to get along...in other words society is now so controlled by political correctness people fear not keeping the 'party line' aka stalinist russia.
