I'd have to agree.....Affirmative Action sucks. To hire a certain number of minorities, just to have minorities on the payroll is a ridiculous and outdated practice. Hire only the most qualified based on education and experience......NOT race or ethnicity.

But then you have to pay them in accordance with their worth...can't do that.
