LOL I have a tough time deciding if he really sounds like this or the audio has been tampered with. I think that it's real though, but either way I find it to be hilarious.

That woman reminds me of what late and legendary actor Ed Asner said during his role as a doctor on my favorite cop show named The Glades: "There is no shot for stupid!"

P.S. In other words, only a complete and total idiot would put up with such obnoxiousness. I don't mean to sound insensitive, but I'm surprised that enough people have not complained to where she was ordered to have the dog be put to sleep.
