The position of the Catholic Church is correct on this. If the mother is in danger, you can save her life, even if it means harming or killing the baby in the process, but you are never allowed to abort the baby for the sake of aborting the baby.

Conservatives offer real solutions to mass shootings that would work, such as arming more people like teachers. Leftwingers simply want to take away guns, which will never work. So again, conservatives are pro-life. Leftwingers aren't.

Guys, I've been proven right. Arizona Senate caves and votes to overturn the 160-year-old law that protected little babies in the womb. 16-14 was the vote with a couple of spineless Republicans making the difference.

And this is where Trump's taking a strong pro-life stand instead of the one he took would have made a difference. Trump is so influential he could have kept that law in place had he just taken the pro-life position.

Huge missed opportunity.

Trump could have avoided all this switching and modifying his abortion-related positions by just doing the right thing from the beginning and opposing abortion. He could have added on to his legacy of great Supreme Court Justice appointments by going all in by opposing abortion. He should never opposed the AZ law, he should never have changed the GOP platform. He could have used this opportunity to shape public opinion on abortion by taking a hardline unequivocal stand. And ne could have won on it. He could have taken every opportunity to show how life is valuable, and highlighted how Democrats made the killing of little babies the core of their campaign. Trump could have won on that issue and flipped the evil leftwing narrative at the same time.

Do the right thing, and it may be hard at first, but in the end you will prevail. Always a great lesson.

I used to be against abortions, but after realizing that progressive women are the ones murdering their babies in the name of choice, i see a silver lining by those being executed. The stupid gene pool stops from being spread to the offspring of those murderers. And the blacks murdering the blacks in the inner cities by the 100s each week, the brown turd Obammy saw the future Democrap party going extinct, so opened the flood gates for diseased illegals who will in the eyes of the Democraps be future Democrap voters.

Hate to throw a monkey wrench into your already stripped gears but let me ask you a serious question: Being that I am adamantly pro-life and a Conservative Evangelical myself, how do you reconcile the need to terminate an ectopic pregnancy? Because I've asked that question before. To refresh your memory an ectopic pregnancy is one where the fertilized egg embeds itself into the fallopian tube rather than the uterus. Without immediate treatment, these are always fatal.

Now wait a minute! That depends on the type of contraception used. IUDs and other devices that prevent the implantation of a fertilized egg is where we should draw the line. Now, having said that, I am not in favor of loose and promiscuous sexual lifestyles. I do subscribe to the Biblical formula of waiting until marriage, but there are circumstances, medical and otherwise, where contraception is needed.

Abortion is a medical procedure, not a "heinous act". A "heinous act" forcing a woman to give birth to her rapist's child, or even worse, forcing a child to give birth to her rapist's child.

A "heinous act" is forcing a woman to carry a nonviable pregnancy to term, and give birth to a child which will die outside the womb because it has no organs.

A "heinous act" is refusing to treat her miscarriage until she has sepsis and is dying.

If you did that, it would be the end of women giving birth. No woman will risk her life getting pregnant, and that's what banning abortion forces on her.
