My wife works at the ACA marketplace in NW Arkansas and it's almost the buzy season. The rates are cheapest at the marketplace.

More than 35 million people in the US without health care insurance and only 11 million on the ACA, many of whom are just shuffled into Medicaid.
That sounds like a failure to me.
