'67 government officials or agencies — including the FBI — are accused in the lawsuit of violating the First Amendment by pressuring Facebook, Twitter, and Google to censor users for alleged misinformation or disinformation.'

C'mon, man - the Biden administration wanting to create a 'Truth Commission' whose job was to censor everthing not THEIR 'truth' was a screaming admission that Democrats' plan to control the American people consisted in part of 'controlling' the 'truth' and silencing everthing else.

Controlling the Presidency, the House, and Senate, Democrats' plan was being executed reportedly by 67 govt officials and agencies.

This law suit further exposes the Democrat party and partisan agencies as the biggest immediate threat to our freedoms and country the US faces.

I'm not convinced that big tech was "coerced" into censoring opinions counter to this administration. I think they were more than likely complicit, acting on behalf of the administration. Big tech basically controls the media. It has become a virtual fourth branch of government, seemingly always supporting the policies of Democrats, liberals, and progressives.

Just another right wing freak outlet. There was no intimidation. The government warned social media companies about their platforms being used to spread propaganda.

That is so much nonsense. You are able to post your garbage opinion. Social media companies have not stopped you.

It doesn't matter.

A government official just saying "hey, ban this guy" or "delete all posts about xyz" is government action to limit free speech.

That it is, and big tech is willingly helping the government to do that. Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, and Facebook were the biggest source of employee campaign donations to the Biden campaign in 2020.

Nothing will be done about it until someone puts in place a USAG that is more interested in protecting people's rights than keeping his/her job.
