After so much money already spent by Obama....where are those new jobs he promised?
More states are joining Michigan in a club none of them wanted to join.
Seven states have unemployment rates in double digits as of February, up from four in January.
The rates for North Carolina and Rhode Island were record highs.
The U.S. unemployment rate, released earlier this month, rose to 8.1% in February, the highest in more than 25 years. Economists predict the national jobless rate will hit 10% by year's end.

All told, 49 states and the District of Columbia saw their unemployment rates move higher in February from the previous month. Only Nebraska recorded a slight drop. Its jobless rate dipped to 4.2%.
